Hyderabad, Ravindra Bharati, 10th August, 2026: Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud was a great warrior and a symbol of courage who fought for social equality, said TPCC President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud. He was speaking at the Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud Jayanti celebrations organised jointly by the Sardar Sarvai Papanna Maharaj Dharma Paripalana Samstha and the Jai Goud Movement National Committee at Ravindra Bharati. On the occasion, Mahesh Kumar Goud paid floral tributes to the portrait of Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahesh Kumar Goud said that Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud was not merely a warrior, but a people’s leader who fought for the rights of oppressed sections and the dignity of ordinary people. He said Papanna Goud challenged the social and economic inequalities of his time and instilled confidence among the people.
Mahesh Kumar Goud said that Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud demonstrated through his life the spirit of fighting for the people, standing up against injustice and striving to establish equality in society. His courage, leadership qualities and commitment to the welfare of the people continue to inspire the present generation, he said.
He observed that although several great struggles had taken place throughout history, many great personalities had not received the recognition they deserved. It is the responsibility of everyone to bring the contributions and history of such great personalities to the forefront, he said.
The history of Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud must be passed on to future generations, and his ideals should be translated into action, Mahesh Kumar Goud said.
He further stated that Jayanti celebrations should not be confined merely to ceremonial events. The true tribute to great personalities lies in following their ideals and principles in our lives, he said.
Mahesh Kumar Goud called upon the youth to study the life and history of Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud and draw inspiration from his courage, self-respect and leadership qualities. He urged everyone to work towards promoting social equality and social justice in society.
