Landmark Orientation Meeting on Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) and PM SHRI Schools Held at Little Flower High School, Abids Nampally zone on 16th July 2026.
A high-level district orientation meeting focusing on the implementation and progress of the Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) and PM SHRI (PM Schools for Rising India) Schools was successfully conducted at the historic Little Flower High School, Abids.
The seminar brought together educational administrators, institution Headmasters, ATL Incharges to discuss strategic roadmaps for 21st-century experiential learning and futuristic school infrastructure.

Guest of Honor: Smt. Brinda (State Consultant, UNICEF Telangana & ATL Specialist).

Attendees: Over dozens of school Headmasters, Principals, ATL Incharges representing various ATL-equipped schools across the region.
Core Focus: Enhancing cognitive development, design thinking, and practical STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) skills among school students through the optimal utilization of government educational grants.

Sri S. Yadaiah Garu, Chief Guest & District Educational Officer, addressing the gathering, he instructed all ATL Schools and PM SHRI Schools implementation of hands on ATL tools ,attain regular training programs.
Smt. Brinda (UNICEF Telangana State ATL Consultant) elaborated on the integration of the ATL handbook and curriculum into everyday learning. She highlighted UNICEF’s continuous support in bridging the gap between theoretical science and practical, real-world to view failure as a necessary stepping stone to design success.
C.Dharmender Rao Redcross Venkat: Sri C.Dharmender Rao DSO & ATL Nodal officer address gathering that ATL were accessible only to engineers students but NITI Aayog demonstrating 21st century skills ,
interactive session also featured vibrant student demonstrations where budding scientists from various ATL schools showcased their working prototypes, ranging from smart agricultural sensors to robotics.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the host school administration, expressing gratitude to the state officials and UNICEF for choosing Little Flower High School, Abids as the collaborative platform to drive educational excellence forward.
