Telangana Reuters, Hyderabad, 02nd August, 2026 : Mr. C. Dharmender Rao, District Science Officer, was conferred with the prestigious “Sphoorthi Award – 2026” during the “Guru Vandan – Chatra Abhinandan” programme organized by Bharat Vikas Parishad, Telangana Prant. The award was presented by the Chief Guest, Sri D. Chakrapani, Retd.
