Telangana Reuters, 29th August, 2026 : PhotoWalks Hyderabad, a successful and most active photography community in the Twin Cities, will host its 4th Annual Photography Exhibition, Chitrotsavam 2026, on 29th and 30th August 2026 at Hall 3 & 4, State Art Gallery, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Organized as part of the World Photography Day celebrations, the exhibition offers photographers a platform to showcase their work to the public and fellow enthusiasts. Close to 100 photographers are expected to participate, bringing together a diverse collection of photographic works spanning multiple genres.
The exhibition will be inaugurated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, 29th August 2026, by Mr. Sathyaprasad Yachendra, Fine Art Photographer and Former President of the Telangana Photographic Society.
Chitrotsavam 2026 celebrates photography as a form of art, expression, and storytelling, creating a shared space for photographers and the wider community to connect, discover, and appreciate the craft.
Entry is free and open to all on both days, with visitors welcome to view the displayed works and interact with the photography community. A detailed programme, including talks and other sessions, will be announced two days before the event.
